It's also VERY comforting to hear someone else mention the likes of Barry Horne. Am still using his theory today. Of course, it's definitely out of date these days...but it still works!!
The info on the amplification is wonderful. Someone once told me as I was stepping out to take my first deposition that most errors happen in not "hearing" the testimony correctly. Knowing my stress level and what my notes looked like back then, I certainly had my doubts about her source of information!! However, experience and time has surely brought her wisdom to the forefront.
Sorry I haven't made it over to see the Gardens. All of my "talk" always get taken over by "the job". Hopefully, I will surprise you one of these mornings.
