BLESSING OF THE COURT REPORTERS PATRON SAINT’S CARD ON JULY 18TH, 2006
Father Nadolny is the Roman Catholic priest who had our original first-ever court reporters patron saint's card made at his own expense.
The patron saint's card is
for St. Cassian of Tangiers, patron saint of court reporters.
To have the card made, Father Nadolny enlisted of the help of one of his
supporters who is a well known Connecticut Catholic artist Mr. Joe Roy.
Father Nadolny has been a Connecticut Roman Catholic priest for 46 years.
Father Nadolny was for fifteen years the Director of Communications for the
Hartford Archdiocese Office of Radio and Television and Director of
Evangelization and Catholic-Jewish Dialogue.
The Hartford Archdiocese is a very large archdiocese consisting of Hartford,
Litchfield and New Haven counties.
As Director of Radio and Television, Father Ed prepared 10,000 radio programs
and 3,000 television programs ranging from masses to audience participation to
spiritual and secular music.
I took the entire stock of printed cards to the Sacred Heart Church Rectory in
Berlin, Connecticut this morning for the blessing of the cards. Father Nadolny
sprinkled holy water over the cards and read a beautiful blessing over the
cards.
